1. Who we are. Tachlis Partners LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the controller of personal data collected through this site and in our work. Contact us on info@tachlispartners.com.
2. What we collect. Details you give us (name, company, email, phone, and the content of your enquiry), information shared with us during an engagement, onboarding and anti money laundering information where required, and basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) through our analytics provider.
3. Why, and our legal basis. To respond to enquiries and provide our services (legitimate interests and performance of a contract), to meet onboarding and record-keeping duties (legal obligation), for limited business marketing with an opt out in every message (legitimate interests), and for site analytics (consent).
4. Who we share it with. Service providers who process data for us under contract (hosting, email, CRM, analytics, storage), our professional advisers, and regulators or authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers. We operate across the UK, EU and US, so personal data may be transferred to the US under appropriate safeguards, being the Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU US and UK Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
6. How long we keep it. Enquiries that do not become engagements, about 24 months. Client records, for the engagement and 7 years afterwards. Marketing contacts, until you opt out.
7. Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict or object to its use, and you can withdraw consent at any time. US residents may have equivalent rights depending on their state. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact info@tachlispartners.com.
8. Cookies. We use only essential cookies and, with your consent, basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.
9. Security. We use appropriate measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure, so please do not send confidential information by unencrypted email before an engagement letter is in place.
10. Complaints and changes. Tell us first on info@tachlispartners.com. UK users may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), and EEA users to their national authority. We will post any changes on this page.
